Holds are not required, but are recommended if you are applying for a canon and/or a popular FC.
Please note you may also search for a face claim’s name using the search box on the sidebar.
You may submit a hold using the #admin-request channel on the Discord server.
- Holds last for a maximum of 14 days from the date of confirmation.
- Holds are first submitted, first granted.
- Holds are not official until a mod has replied with a confirmation.
- Do not ask about your hold confirmation unless it has been 3 full days since you submitted it. We’ll get to you ASAP, we promise!
- A player may only submit one hold at a time.
- FC holds may be placed in tandem with Canon/Wanted holds, or may be placed for a forthcoming OC. Please note that an FC-only hold counts toward the “one at a time” rule above.
- The mods reserve the right to deny holds if they feel the system is being abused.
- Character accounts that have not been used to submit an application within 30 days will be archived so that the name is free again, whether you had a hold or not.
